“Travel Planner”, what is it ? Why book my services ?
Planning a trip from top to bottom takes times. A lot of time.
And my job, is to free that time up for you. I will take care of everything. From the itinerary creation, to the accommodation research, right through the transport and activities options ! Say goodbye to the mental load, and fly away with a relaxed mind.
I do not offer pre-made packages, everything is tailored to the client.
Everyone is different, with likes and dreams unique to each individual, and your trip is a reflection of that uniqueness.
Your trip will be special, and worked on until you are 100% satisfied with it.
No management fees, you only pay me what is indicated on your quotation, sent to you after a non-binding first appointment.
You will not leave with just a return ticket et a room reservation. You leave with all your reservations in one place, an itinerary, a description of your destination and every step, recommendations, advices, a personalised map…
Step 1 : Appointment & quotation
During this first appointment, we will discuss your project and define your expectations, needs, budget and a first itinerary draft (if you want several steps).
All of this information will help me make a first research to see if the project is, first of all, doable and if it is, what are the possibilities.
Following this discussion and research, I will send you an estimation of the global cost of your trip, as well as your quotation (this quotation depend on the number of day/people). The amount indicated on your quotation is included in the global estimate for total transparency.
Step 2 : Creating your trip & bookings
Once the quotation is signed and payed, and the itinerary confirmed, I will start working on your whole trip.
First, I will send you the flight/train propositions. Once you have booked it, I will be able to use these informations to continue working on the trip.
The second email will include the accommodations and rental car (if needed and agreed on together). You will be able to choose according to your budget, likes and dislikes (aesthetics play a big part !) For each proposition, you have all the information about its’ location, rating, etc in order to facilitate your decision.
In every proposition, you will have the link, ready to be booked, with the correct dates selected.
Step 3 : Receive you guide, and off you go !
Once you have made all your bookings, I will send you your complete travel guide ! You will find all your bookings, a full description and presentation of the destinations, the activities and things to see or to do, recommendations and advice, and your very own personalised Google map !
You will be able to book some activities in advance if you decide to : all the links are included. The easier the better !
After that, you may go live your adventure and create incredible memories !
The travel guide can be printed and sent, but will require extra fees to cover for printing and postage.
